The hotel had a central setting right on the bay. The staff was courteous and welcoming, everything was wonderful. Had a kitchenette and a couch bed in my spacious well equipped room.

Totally excellent stay for one night. Fairly clean, small hotel. Had double room with the shower and a mini fridge, as for instance. Marvellous and stunning location of the property, really close to Grassy Key for at least the past 5 years, Curry Hammock State Park, and the surrounding areas.

The room at Sun Outdoors was incredibly spacious, with a full kitchen and plenty of floor space. The bed was comfortable, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The location was also great, with easy access to a boat ramp and a nearby restaurant. I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was favourable and magnificent, just a short walk away from Keys Cable Park. It was also near Curry Hammock State Park and Grassy Key for at least the past 5 years and Dolphin Research Center. It was a VERY NICE stay for one night, totally recommend this hotel.

The staff we met were not very friendly.

The room was regular sized, updated and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Also, location was favourable, just a short stroll away from Keys Cable Park. The staff were all nice and courteous, which was unquestionably a plus.

We recently stayed at a lovely waterfront property in Florida recommended by a friend. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had fully equipped kitchens. We enjoyed the stunning beaches and had a great time fishing on our boat. it was the best vacation ever and we are definitely planning to return next season.

had really great experience, the room i stayed in was spacious well equipped and huge with dining table and the shower, as example. the venue's position was central. actually everything was wonderful, my next choice again in marathon.

I've had a very nice stay on a road trip. The hotel was set in a central area close to events in the surrounding areas, the seaside and Curry Hammock State Park, and Coco plum Beach. Also, it was 2 miles from a bayside park.

The hotel was situated in the central location right on the bay. Moreover, it's right by all the attractions from here, the stunning waterfront and perfect weather and Grassy Key for at least the past 5 years.

Fantastic location, close to restaurants, beach, shops, and amenities. The swimming pool and pier offer great opportunities to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida Keys sunset. Perfect for families with children.

Felt privileged, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel was fairly clean and had pretty friendly and exceptionally nice staff. My newly remodelled and new-fashioned room came with good housekeeping and a microwave, as example. The property had a central position just next door to the store at 8:45 a.m came back at 9:13 a.m. And the end of the property and restaurants, beach, convenient shops.
